Gennady Lepeshko: Vzaimodeistvie-2025 Confirmed High Level of Combat Readiness of the CSTO
The active phase of the joint military exercises Vzaimodeistvie-2025 with the CSTO Collective Rapid Reaction Forces took place at the Losvido training ground (Vitebsk region, Belarus). Gennady Lepeshko, Chairmanof the CSTO PA Council's Coordination Meeting of Chairpersons of Committees (Commissions) on Defence and Security of the Parliaments of the CSTO Member States, participated as an observer.
"Ensuring high-quality conduct of joint training activities is the most important priority the CSTO. The main goal of the military exercises is to practice training and combat tasks related to the deployment of regional troop formations. The exercises will serve to improve and increase the readiness of the Collective Forces to perform their designated tasks, as well as demonstrate the Organization's determination and readiness of its military component to ensure collective security," Gennady Lepeshko pointed out.
Special attention was paid to practical training in management tasks and coordination of the CRRF Command, experience of the special military operation, use of unmanned aerial vehicles and electronic warfare.
The capabilities of modern weapons, military and special equipment developed by leading defence industry enterprises of the CSTO countries were also demonstrated.
