August 31 Is Independence Day of Kyrgyzstan

On August 31, Kyrgyzstan celebrates Independence Day. President Sadyr Japarov congratulated his compatriots on the holiday.

"We have always said that people who deserve to enjoy independence are only those who have put freedom first and fought ceaselessly for it. We will never forget the feats and always honor the memory of our ancestors who dreamed of an independent Kyrgyzstan and fought for it with their lives," Sadyr Japarov said.

The President of the Kyrgyz Republic spoke of the adoption of the National Development Program until 2030, expressing hope for its successful implementation.

"Let's stay united, make joint efforts and together bring the new Kyrgyzstan up to the level of developed countries! Happy Independence Day!" Sadyr Japarov concluded.
