On September 21, Armenia celebrates Independence Day. The republic is turning 34 today.
Nikol Pashinyan, Prime Minister of Armenia, addressed the country's people on this festive occasion.
"An independent, sovereign, democratic, peaceful, safe, developed, free and happy Armenia, like a newborn baby, is waiting for us to take care of her." Nikol Pashinyan said.
Aleksandr Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus, also congratulated the Armenian leader and its people on Independence Day. He wished the Armenian people peace, prosperity and success in their creative work, noting that the Belarusian and Armenian peoples are united by long-standing friendship, traditional Christian values and shared history.
Vladimir Putin, President of Russia, sent a congratulatory message to the Armenian prime minister.
"Russian-Armenian relations are based on good traditions of friendship and mutual respect. I'm sure that the further development of these relations is fully in the interests of our peoples," the message said.
